Thank you for shopping at Great Prints! We strive to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing, as each item is custom made to order. Processing times may vary depending on demand and seasonal factors, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
2. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Here's a general estimate:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the items, and the shipping method selected. We offer multiple shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete your order.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect address information provided. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please fill out our Customer Inquiries Form right away.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, high shipping volume during peak seasons, or issues with the postal service. We will notify you if we anticipate any delays.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Great Prints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Return & Refund Policy
At Great Prints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we use a third-party service provider for fulfillment, please review our return policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.
1. Order Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please fill out our Customer Inquiries Form within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

Take a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we’ve reviewed the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or process a refund based on the situation.
2. Sizing & Fit
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. Please refer to the sizing charts on each product page before placing your order. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom products that are ordered correctly, including items that do not meet your expectations in terms of fit, color, or style. Please review all product details before ordering to ensure you're happy with your selection.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only for items that are defective or incorrect. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that we cannot send cash refunds.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please fill out our Customer Inquiries Form as soon as possible. Due to our fulfillment process, we can only cancel orders before they are printed. After printing or shipment, cancellations are not possible.
